Do not use kitchen utensils to feed pets
Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by its owner.

March 2026We loved our stay at Villa Huerta. It was a short walk to great restaurants, the historic center, and Parque Juarez. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and just reading. The apartment was very comfortable and very attractive. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very safe and secluded too. Berta and Maria, the manager, and the housekeeper were so nice and took great care of us. We would highly recommend this apartment.

February 2026The apartment was immaculately clean. They thought of everything one might need for a comfortable stay, including extra touches such as coffee, a clothes steamer, a safe, streaming apps on the tv. I felt safe and secure, and the staff were very helpful. It’s nice to have a place with a water purification system. I was given explicit instructions every step of the way, and any questions I had were answered quickly. I highly recommend this site and would gladly stay there again.

February 2026Este lugar nos pareció excelente. Coincide exactamente con las fotos y tiene las amenidades que se describen. Todo el mobiliario está en excelente estado y se nota el mantenimiento que le dan a la propiedad. La ubicación es ideal, está caminando a 7 mins de la Parroquia, pero el lugar en sí ya se encuentra en el centro. El hecho de que tenga estacionamiento lo hace una opción perfecta. La atención por mensajes fue muy clara y dentro del lugar el personal es sumamente amable. El único detalle que puede haber es para gente con el sueño muy ligero, ya que se pueden llegar a escuchar los movimientos o conversaciones del piso de arriba y del pasillo de estacionamiento.

September 2025Ubicación inmejorable, tiene estacionamiento privado y eso se valora mucho en SMA. Está a 10min caminando del centro y casi todo lo puedes a pie. El departamento muy lindo y limpio, la comunicación muy buena. Sin duda son mi opción para regresar a SMA.
