2 Bathrooms Bienvenidos to Casa Luna, a hidden secret in the middle of San Miguel de Allende's historic center. Two-bedroom apartment is located inside a condo complex named "Cascada de Luz". It is located on Recreo Street, one of the most popular streets in the heart of Centro. Casa Luna is located around the corner from some of the top and classic restaurants, such as Cumpanio, El Pegasso, El Correo Rest., San Agustin (churros and chocolate) and The Restaurant -ran by Donnie Masterton, a renown chef-.
This lovely light-filled apt. is fully furnished and equipped, with central floor heating during winter. The master suite has a comfortable king size bed, TV and a small "Salita" or sitting area. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and each room has its own private bathroom. There are also ample closet and storage spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped with a small laundry patio next to it. Next to kitchen are the dining room and living room areas. The apartment is on the third floor and has a common terrace area with a stunning and breath-taking 360° view of San Miguel's historic Center.
ARRIVAL FEE for LATE ARRIVALS/SUNDAYS/MEXICAN HOLIDAYS: Please note that there is late-arrival fee of $25 US due upon arrival for arrivals FROM 8pm onward (or before 8am) and on a major holidays and Sundays. * If you are going to be later than your originally planned arrival time (regardless of day/time), please let staff know so we can avoid charging an extra fee.
The property manager will be available 24/7 by email or phone call.They will be in close contact from start to finish. The management service includes making your shuttle bookings before you travel, greeting and orienting you upon arrival. They will greet you with flowers, newspaper, keys and a guest book with all the pertaining information of property. They will give you a full tour of property and orient you. They can also coordinate groceries or cooking services. They will be checking in during your stay and will be assisting you as needed. And will see you through to your departure.
Among services offered, is a housekeeper once a week and condo janitor who helps with replacing drinking water supply and takes the trash out. The apartment has basic cable and Internet.
LATE ARRIVAL FEE: please note there will be a $500 MXN late arrival fee AFTER 8 pm or BEFORE 8 am, Sundays and on Official or important religious holidays in Mexico

March 2025Casa Luna is well taken care of and is in a great location. There is an elevator which makes it easy to get luggage up the two flights. Restaurants, bakery and the Jardin are all a short walk away. There are no screens on the windows so mosquitos could be a problem. Rosy and staff were responsive and available to assist and answer any questions we had. Martin the handyman was also helpful. Very happy with my stay.
