January 2026A gorgeous space in the quiet San Antonio neighborhhood, an easy 15 minute walk to San Miguel's central square. Consisting of three large bedrooms, four bathrooms (!), spacious, well-equipped kitchen and multiple private outdoor terraces, this house has everything needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. The art is funky and tasteful, beds comfortable, and small touches like a welcome bouquet, supplied coffee, drinking water cooler and extra linens make this place feel truly like a home away from home.

January 2026Loved the house and location. Off the beaten path but a short walk to lots of choices for fabulous restaurants... high-end to neighborhood cafes. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. Very clean and secure with a lovely courtyard and fireplace. Very attentive management. We had a problem with a totally functional fireplace (we are not even a little mechanical), and ok, they had to come out twice, but both times, within the hour. Berta, management, also provided videos of how to do everything and couldn't have been more attentive to detail and service. My only complaint... they need better beds. Beds were not great, and linens were even less so. Nothing is more important to me in vacay rental than really good beds. I ran an Airbnb near a park in Houston, and my beds were one of the most consistently exceptional comments.

October 2025This is a beautiful property with very interesting local art. It’s nicely furnished and comfortable and immaculately maintained. The housekeeper Elizabeth is wonderful, as is the property management company who grated us personally - thank you Berta, and they had the most beautiful arrangement of gladiolas greeting us.. The location is good - ten minutes, uphill at a steady incline on good sidewalks. The neighborhood is mostly quiet (a few occasional barking bouts, occasional fireworks, once in a while a rooster), the bathrooms, towels, sheets are all good - though the beds are firm. The kitchen has pots, pans, etc for cooking. Our only complaint is that the furniture in 3rd floor TV room is not very comfortable. We would rent here again

August 2025Un alojamiento increíble que cuenta con todo para vivir San Miguel de Allende. La cercanía con la plaza principal, su buena comunicación con sitios de interés y sobre todo que está a pocos pasos todo lo que puedas necesitar lo hacen un espacio inmejorable. La casa es mucho mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. Sin duda regresaríamos a ese lugar.

March 2025Hermosa casa en general; la planta baja y la terraza es lo mejor. Las habitaciones es el área de oportunidad: colchón, almohadas y sábanas podrían mejorar en calidad. Los muebles de la sala de TV bastante viejos y deteriorados. Bien ubicada, a 15-20 mins caminando llegas a la plaza principal.
